As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a unique and enjoyable experience to our customers through the delivery of our products.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with consistent positivity and enthusiasm.
- Drive the Kona Ice truck to and from events, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
- Take orders with speed and accuracy, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform basic cleaning of units and warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Accept payments and operate the Square point of sale system.
- Complete shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking duties, ensuring seamless operations.
- Valid Texas Driver's license with a clean record is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Comfortable working on your feet for full shifts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to problem-solve and perform basic arithmetic.
- Communicate effectively with people of all ages.
- Be able to lift 25-30 pounds.
- Schedule will include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
