Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Processing: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers to provide an excellent shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the backroom and sales floor, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor new associates on merchandising and processing principles, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
