We are seeking a highly skilled Telehealth Liaison Partner to join our team at Intermountain Health. This role is a key position in expanding telehealth services in our organization, developing relationships with hospital leaders, and growing existing programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic relationships with hospital leaders to expand telehealth services and improve patient care.
- Partner with telehealth and outreach leaders to develop and grow existing programs, enhancing our organization's capabilities and services.
- Oversee contracts for telehealth services throughout the enterprise, including developing pricing structures for new services to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Represent Telehealth in the Care Anywhere initiative, developing new care models to provide convenient and high-quality care for patients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning and leading teams, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience in process improvement and contract management, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Ability to facilitate interdisciplinary teams and develop effective relationships with individuals from various backgrounds, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Experience in an integrated healthcare delivery system, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of healthcare delivery.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution, with a focus on healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Five years of management experience in a hospital or healthcare environment, or five years of experience in IT/Tele-services development and strategic leadership.
- Experience in regional strategic planning and building and deploying strategy in tele-services, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
