As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, monitoring their physical and mental conditions and tracking their vital signs. You will also perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and administer medications, among other responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills- Current Pennsylvania State License: Must be licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Education and Experience: Completion of an approved LPN educational program and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a related role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job.
