Available Positions:

We are seeking skilled laborers for various fiberglass production roles, including:

  • Chopper: Responsible for the spraying process of fiberglass laminate using a chopper gun.
  • Assembler: Engage in the assembly of fiberglass components.
  • Patch Painter: Detect and repair defects using body filters and gelcoat.
  • Roller: Remove air from fiberglass laminate using a roller tool.
  • Injector: Inject resin into molds using an RTM injection gun.
  • Finisher: Sand and buff parts to meet quality standards.
  • Geller: Spray gelcoat on molds with a gel spray gun.
  • Painter: Apply paint to fiberglass parts for aesthetic appeal.
  • Sander: Prepare gelcoat surfaces for primer application.
  • Parts Puller: Extract fiberglass parts from molds using wedges and clamps.
  • Cutting & Grinding: Cut and grind parts to specified dimensions.

Qualifications:

Laborers must meet the following criteria:

  • Completion of relevant training certification.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance record.
  • Ability to assemble components within established quality and quantity standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Foster a collaborative working atmosphere with colleagues.
  • Properly maintain tools and equipment.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

Laborers should be prepared for:

  • Exposure to high noise levels (ear protection required).
  • Vibration from machinery.
  • Frequent exposure to styrene vapor.
  • Contact with resin, acetone, and other chemicals.
  • Occasional high temperatures.
  • Proximity to heavy machinery and moving parts.
