Job OverviewPosition Title: Warehouse Forklift Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Forklift Specialist to join our dynamic team in a high-energy automotive production setting. This role requires the operation of sit-down forklifts in a busy environment, demanding keen awareness of the surroundings. The position is for the second shift, with a competitive pay rate of $20.90 per hour.

Key Skills Required
  • Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts, along with knowledge in shipping and receiving processes.
Employment Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, lasting for a duration of 3 months. Candidates demonstrating excellent attendance and performance will have the chance to transition to a permanent role after this period.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site. The work week commences every Monday with an orientation session, followed by a forklift proficiency assessment in the afternoon. Successful candidates will be given a facility tour on the following day, where they will meet with management and observe operational procedures. From Wednesday onward, candidates will begin operating sit-down forklifts.
