Eyelash Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our team at Bow Salon. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash and brow services to our clients.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift
• Educate clients about lash upgrades and exclusive aftercare products
• Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room
• Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools
• Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions
• Build rapport - create a recurring client base
• Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care
• Sign up clients for touch-up (follow-up) appointments

• A current Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
• Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions
• Ability to engage and retain customers
• Ability to up-sell products and services
