Anesthesiology Specialist

Job Overview
Cynet Locums is seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRNA and hold an Advanced Practice Nurse Specialty License in Anesthesia.

About the Role
The Anesthesiology Specialist will be responsible for performing various professional patient care duties under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist and/or surgeon/attending physician. This includes evaluating and administering anesthetics to patients for surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetric procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to inform patients regarding anesthesia procedures. They will also be responsible for observing, monitoring, and documenting the anesthetized patient's condition, initiating remedial measures as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the Anesthesiology Specialist must have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRNA
• An Advanced Practice Nurse Specialty License in Anesthesia
• Board Certified NBCRNA
• Active BLS, ACLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• PALS preferred
