Tririga Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Tririga Developer to join our team at Truist Financial Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex solutions in IBM Tririga, including built-in tools, JAVA, and SQL solutions.

• Design and develop technically complex solutions in IBM Tririga, including integration with various tools and technologies.
• Provide technical support for implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and monitoring applications and servers.
• Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards.
• Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.
• Build and maintain security controls and monitoring in support of company standards.
• Typically lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger, more complex initiatives.
• Solve complex technical and operational problems, acting as a resource for teammates with less experience.
• Develop and maintain documents and other artifacts required for Technology Delivery process and other regulatory requirements.
• May oversee the work of a small team.

• Bachelor's degree and 4 to 7 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience.
• In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
• Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
• Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices.
• Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, engineering, or related field of study and 8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Tririga developer certification with 2+ years of Tririga development experience across all development tools.
• Tririga Module level knowledge of Capital Projects, Requests, Facilities, Maintenance, Contracts, Payables, Space, and Portfolio, experience with integrations including OSLC, Integration objects, and DataConnect.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Professional experience building high-quality apps or services from the ground up and scaling at an enterprise level.
• Knowledge with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of SOA and/or Open API methodologies and service architectures.
• Experience using web servers, application containers, caching technologies.
• Solid knowledge of relational database design and development (SQL, stored procedures, data modeling).
