Annashae Consulting & Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Physician - Psychiatry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and overseeing a caseload of adult inpatients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescribe, direct, or administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
- Provide a full range of psycho-diagnostic services, including assessment and the most appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations for a diverse population of patients who are mentally ill and have psychosocial issues.
- Participate effectively in team meetings and treatment planning conferences, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance coordination of comprehensive patient care.
- Order diagnostic tests and consultations, and discriminate between normal and abnormal findings to make appropriate treatment decisions.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Current medical licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
