  • Framing Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of framing techniques and products to create custom framing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including the framing department, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and merchandised.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including framing supplies and materials, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales and production goals, and provide support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Measuring and Cutting Skills: Ability to accurately measure and cut framing materials to meet customer needs.
  • Physical Demands: Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; ability to move throughout the store and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a framing or visual merchandising role.
  • Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to sell products and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
