Job Overview

The Field Service Technician II is a critical role within our organization, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gaming equipment at various casinos across their designated region. This position requires a strong technical background, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical training and support to colleagues on installation, theme changes, and game software upgrades.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Participate in advanced support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Conduct site surveys at new locations, serving as a primary liaison with internal technical teams.
  • Contribute to field service message boards, providing documentation for technical assistance.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and general maintenance on AGS gaming equipment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Field Service Technician I or 3 years' experience in a technical gaming environment.
  • Ability to obtain licensing approval by tribal and/or state gaming regulators.
  • Mechanical aptitude, with proficiency in using hand tools.
  • Strong understanding of AC/DC electronics and ability to use a multi-meter.
  • Good working knowledge of customer policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular exposure to bending, twisting, climbing, reaching, and squatting.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board and/or other gaming jurisdictions. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and human performance evaluation.
