Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, vasopressors, and other life-sustaining therapies.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive evidence-based care and meet their individualized needs.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate interventions.
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Two years of recent nursing experience, with a focus on critical care or medical-surgical nursing.
- Successfully pass all prescreen competency assessments.
- Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN).
