About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill a travel nursing position in Wilmington, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and contribute to the well-being of patients.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med Surg / Telemetry and be able to provide high-quality patient care. As a travel nurse with Vibra Travels, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing accepted
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required
  • Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP)
  • 1 full year of RN experience preferred
Compensation Package

This travel nursing opportunity comes with a competitive hourly rate and tax-free stipend. The estimated salary for this role is $45-$55 per hour, based on 36 hours worked per week. We also offer license reimbursement and referral bonuses to our nurses.
