The Technology Solutions Lead plays a pivotal role in spearheading the creation of innovative technology solutions from initial concept to full implementation. Team Leadership and Development:
- Oversee and guide a team of 2-3 product owners managing a portfolio of 6-10 technology offerings.
- Partner with Human Resources to cultivate diverse teams with a range of skills and viewpoints.
- Work alongside the Learning and Development department to design resources that improve product development capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering trust and nurturing future leaders.
Strategic Planning and Expertise:
- Collaborate with senior IT leadership to shape the technology strategy.
- Recognize and implement technology trends to enhance existing solutions and business operations.
Solution Development and Implementation:
- Establish a structured solution design process that promotes effective communication across functions and the development of market-ready solutions.
- Ensure that solutions are secure, robust, scalable, and adhere to best practices in architecture and systems strategy.
- Coordinate with the IT Operations Director, Senior Manager of Enterprise Solutions, Enterprise Architect, and PMO to ensure timely and budget-compliant product delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior IT leadership to advocate for a fully digital vision for SpringbokIT.
- Develop solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Innovation and Technology Adoption:
- Support the strategic initiatives of senior IT leadership as the subject matter expert on internal processes.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation in business processes.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to explore new solution possibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with a proven track record in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong writing and presentation capabilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in investigating and resolving issues.
- Experience with complex enterprise IT solutions (ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, etc.).
- Practical project management skills in technology solution development.
- 5-10 years of experience in managing technology software/hardware products or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience leading high-performing teams.
- 2-3 years as a Product Owner.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
