About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at the Behavioral Intervention Group. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral interventions to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavioral programs designed by a Licensed Behavior Analyst to enhance children's communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with a team of therapists and a Licensed Behavior Analyst to provide comprehensive support to children and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a behavioral intervention setting.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
