About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Maintain equipment and machinery, including oil fryers, HVAC units, and trash compactors
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out trash
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows
  • Assist with grounds maintenance and upkeep
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair
