CG Life is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the IT Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining our IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Help Desk Support: Provide timely and effective support to employees, resolving technical issues and improving the overall user experience.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, data, and networks, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including the procurement of hardware, software, and services.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure, security, and help desk support.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- IT project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of database administration and management.
