About the Role

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and services to our residents. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our seniors.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, providing personalized assistance with daily living activities, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.
  • CARE COORDINATION: Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care and service levels as needed.
  • LIFE ENRICHMENT: Assist residents in life skills and other enriching activities, blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into their day.
  • PARTNERSHIP: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.
Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of residents.
  • Possess written and verbal communication skills for effective communication and a level of understanding.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications (where applicable).
