As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing effective and affordable ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized needs and develop personalized behavior intervention plans for clients.
- Provide Direct Behavioral Therapy Services
- Implement evidence-based strategies and techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collect and Analyze Data
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as educators and speech therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
- Train and Supervise Staff
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members involved in client treatment.
- Provide Support to Families
- Offer support and guidance to families of clients, providing resources and strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
- Experience Working with Children with Developmental Disabilities
- Must have experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
- Knowledge of Special Education Laws and Regulations
- Must have a strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
