Behavioral Therapist

The role of a Behavioral Therapist - Clinical Specialist involves conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals with behavioral challenges. This includes designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to client needs and insurance requirements.

Key duties include delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, continuously monitoring client progress, and adjusting plans as necessary. Additionally, the ideal candidate will provide training and support to clients and their families on ABA principles, ensuring consistency in behavior management and skill acquisition strategies.

Core Competencies

• Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and BIP development.
• Strong communication skills for effective training and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with digital tools and documentation software for progress tracking and insurance compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), preferably in an insurance-based setting.
• Certification: Active BCBA certification is required or in process.

Compensation Package
