Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tablet Filling Line Supervisor to join our team at Praxis Packaging Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our primary filling line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and complete batch records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify and address any quality issues that may arise.
  • Supply Chain Management: Maintain adequate levels of materials and supplies necessary for the operation of the filling line.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that the filling line is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with cGMPs and Praxis SOPs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and customers to ensure that all necessary information is shared and understood.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or equivalent combination preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role required; Lead/Group Leader experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude required; working knowledge of ERP software preferred.
  • Language: Ability to comprehend and follow written English instructions and specifications required; ability to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient for effective communication required.
