Plumbing Expert

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Expert to join our team at The Green Air Group LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of plumbing systems, tackling clogged drainpipes, and installing and replacing plumbing fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components to ensure water distribution and wastewater disposal systems are in optimal condition.
• Create openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe installations, utilizing hand tools and power tools.
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized plumbing shop and vehicles, adhering to professional standards.
• Install and repair various plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
• Examine building plans and working drawings to determine required work tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proficiently use a variety of materials, including lead, rosin, wax, and pipe fittings.
• Conduct cleaning and replacement tasks for plaster, grease, and drainage traps.
• Skillfully handle commercial-grade equipment, including sinks and dishwashers.
• Possess a solid understanding of heating systems and their operation.
• Demonstrate experience in cutting and threading pipes using pipe cutters and threading machines.
