We are Resort Lifestyle Communities, a family-owned company with over two decades of experience in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style senior living retirement communities across the nation.

Our Home Office is based out of Lincoln, Nebraska, and we are rapidly expanding. As a Morning Chef, you will be an integral part of our Culinary and Dining Services team, working under the direction of our Executive Chef to prepare high-quality meals for our residents and their guests.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $67,280, which translates to approximately $32.35 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. This figure takes into account the stipend provided by the company, as well as other benefits.

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. You can enjoy a free meal during your shift, and as a valued Employee, you can access your earned income when needed with OnDemand Pay.

To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years old and have relevant experience working in a culinary setting, ideally in a team environment. You should also possess knowledge of food sanitation guidelines and be able to operate kitchen equipment as needed.

Responsibilities include preparing breakfast, including eggs to order, for our residents and their guests. You will set the daily foundation for a successful execution of all meal periods and present high-quality food that is appetizing and personalized to residents' preferences.
