Job Title: Automotive Parts Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Coordinator at Executive Honda in Wallingford. As a key member of our parts receiving and stocking team, you will be responsible for checking in parts deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and delivering parts to technicians on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process incoming parts shipments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Deliver parts to technicians according to repair job specifications
  • Manage manufacturer returns and core processing


Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
