Job Overview

Floor Coverings International of North Richmond, VA is seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring installations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install flooring in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Prep and install flooring in steps, including demolition, sub-floor preparation, and trim work.
  • Keep tools organized and clean, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner, and ensure high-quality company standards are met.
  • Problem-solve issues that may arise in the field, and attend ongoing training to improve skills.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in flooring installation with a variety of floor types.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Ability to lift lbs. repeatedly.
