Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Fargo ND.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and seat all guests, ensuring a quality dining experience
• Provide warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance to reassure guests they've made the right choice to stay with us
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety programs, Health Department requirements, and job safety analysis
• Perform other assignments as directed by the General Manager

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Marriott processes and standards
• The ability to stand for up to 4 hours in length, exert well-paced mobility, and lift up to 15bs regularly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
