Position Overview for Masking Technician:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with various shifts available.

Key Responsibilities for Masking Technician:
- Ensure a tidy and secure working environment.
- Adhere to both verbal and written directives to execute tasks accurately and punctually.
- Interpret and comprehend customer specifications and technical drawings.
- Apply plastic tape, vinyl tape, or rubber plugs to metal components according to provided drawings and work orders.
- Utilize materials efficiently and suggest improvements to enhance productivity or reduce expenses.
- Properly organize masked components for subsequent processing.
- Carefully remove masking from products once processing is finalized.
- Conduct visual inspections of all components to ensure quality at every stage (masking, racking, de-masking).
- Transport components from masking to finishing areas.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in all workspaces.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications for Masking Technician:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn internal software applications.
- Experience in masking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to performing all duties in alignment with quality system standards.
