Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Cafe Server Assistant to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a Spa Cafe Server Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Set up and maintain the expo line, including garnishes, condiments, and serving utensils.
  • Break down and clean the expo line at the end of each shift.
  • Responsible for bussing and following table setting standards.
  • Maintain linen inventory and pick up clean and dirty linen.
  • Set up bus stations and keep items stocked throughout the shift.
  • Assist servers in any way possible to ensure quality service.
  • Participate in maintaining a positive working environment and a clean and organized restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Previous bussing experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment is preferred.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • RBS Certification will be required prior to the start of employment.
  • Must complete CA Food Handler's Card training provided upon hire.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour + tips
