Job Description

Premier Specialty Physicians seeks a highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for scheduling patient visits, managing patient accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and experience in clerical or administrative roles are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management of patient information
  • Answering incoming calls and addressing patients' inquiries
  • Scheduling patient visits and responding to billing and preparation questions
  • Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance, and financial details in a confidential manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Time management skills
  • Clerical or administrative experience a plus
  • Basic computer program knowledge

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
