Café Staff

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Café Staff to join our team at Sam's Club in Roseville, MI. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food products to our members, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, while adhering to our standards of quality and safety. This includes preparing ingredients, cooking and packaging food, and maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Food: Prepare and serve high-quality food products to our members, adhering to our standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Prior experience in food preparation and customer service is preferred but not required.
