Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concessions Host to join our team at Levy Sector. As a Concessions Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make change, accept declining balance cards, and issue receipts to customers
  • Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards
  • Replenish condiments, coffee, and other beverages while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
