Financial Clerk

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team at Harbor. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting duties and be able to work with internal and external customers to deliver accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the company's books according to generally accepted accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly account reconciliations for assigned General Ledger accounts.
  • Assist with month-end and General Ledger closing activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • An associate degree in business, healthcare, accounting, or a closely related field is required.
  • Experience in cost, accounts payable, and general accounting functions is preferred.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and accurately with various individuals is essential.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan with company match, generous paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays.
