Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist at Rezilient Health, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and treatments. You will work collaboratively with remote specialty providers, medics, and primary care providers using live-streamed exams and treatments.

  • You will utilize virtual assessment tools for diagnostics, including posture assessment, gait analysis, range of motion, and functional capacity.
  • Perform and document in-clinic procedures related to physical therapy, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional mobility evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate charting and documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with expertise in patient assessments, treatment planning, and supervising or training other healthcare providers in physical therapy techniques.
  • Virtual Care Proficiency: Experience conducting virtual physical therapy appointments, with the ability to engage patients and monitor progress through a digital platform.
  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
  • Licensure: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri, and successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
  • Collaborative and Independent: Ability to work independently with support from a remote team of specialty providers.
  • People Skills: The ability to make patients feel comfortable, respected, and well-cared for.
