We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pulmonary medicine and critical care, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical direction and oversight to the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine department
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Recruit and manage a team of physicians and staff to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in pulmonary and critical care medicine
- Board Certification in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- At least 5 years of experience in pulmonary and critical care medicine
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly
