Position Overview

As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Respiratory Care Practitioner - RRT plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients experiencing respiratory issues. This position is integral to the management and treatment of individuals with cardiopulmonary deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer therapeutic and diagnostic procedures under medical supervision.
  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Utilize advanced respiratory equipment and technologies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Current Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
  • Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
  • Proficient in the use of ventilators, CPAP/BiPap, and oxygen delivery systems.
