Role Summary:


This position focuses on acquiring new clients, enhancing existing client relationships, and expanding both internal and external networks to achieve business development objectives.

Key duties include leading the Client Management Process and collaborating across the organization to deliver a premier Client Experience, ensuring access to the complete suite of Private Bank services tailored to meet unique client requirements.

Responsibilities include ensuring client retention and compliance with regulatory registration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the Client Management Process within the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
2. Identify and source new clients in alignment with the bank's risk management framework.
3. Guide the client team to foster impactful interactions and deliver a premier Client Experience.

4. Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and wealth strategies, remaining responsive to shifts in the business landscape and client requirements.

5. Act as a trusted advisor for clients and prospects, providing integrated solutions that encompass wealth structuring, credit options, banking services, and asset management.

6. Promote the use of digital tools to enhance both client and team experiences.
7. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and influencers.

Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in private banking or complex financial services, or equivalent business experience.
Proven track record in driving business development for a target client segment with significant investable assets.
Ability to present a comprehensive approach to clients, leveraging the full capabilities of the Private Bank.
A client-centric individual with outstanding interpersonal skills.
A proactive leader who identifies engagement opportunities for the benefit of clients.
Strong influencing skills with a focus on closing business.
Solution-oriented with a solid sales and financial acumen.
Proficient negotiator with the ability to collaborate effectively with team specialists.
Willingness to take on leadership roles within the team and the broader business community.

Licenses such as Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) are required (unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within a specified timeframe).


Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Professional designations such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD are advantageous.
