Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues on diesel engines, as well as providing preventative maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues on diesel engines
  • Provide preventative maintenance services
  • Assist customers with roadside services
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places with friendly faces

Requirements:

  • Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
  • Ability to work in various temperatures
  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
