Key Responsibilities:

• Transform Spaces: Ensure that each living area is clean, comfortable, and inviting for residents.
• Maintain Order: Keep all common areas, including lobbies and break rooms, organized and tidy.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for working with residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct are essential.
• Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Capability to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and manage a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Good health is required, verified by a health screening.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
