Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Methodology
- Conduct yoga sessions and personalized training as per the established standards.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of core yoga formats and their unique characteristics.
- Engage in class evaluations with the Lead Instructor to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Foster connections with participants, creating a personalized class experience.
- Design innovative sequences for flexible formats while ensuring participant safety.
- Infuse enjoyment into classes through authentic expression and suitable music.
- Community Engagement & Collaboration
- Be present for pre- and post-class interactions with participants.
- Promote teamwork and camaraderie among colleagues.
- Brand Representation
- Uphold the core values of the organization and embody these principles with all team members.
- Support management and sales teams in addressing inquiries and facilitating membership sign-ups.
- Studio Management
- Participate in team meetings and mandatory training sessions.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment during shifts.
- Adhere to operational procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist management and wellness advisors as required.
- Maintain a positive demeanor, exemplifying company values and representing organizational interests.
- Address member concerns and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Follow established safety protocols and participate in all safety training provided.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
To excel in this role, candidates must effectively fulfill each essential duty. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from our studios.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience.
- Desire to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of diverse styles.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
- Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Maintain composure and professionalism at all times.
- Current CPR certification.
