Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise maintenance staff in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment to control costs.
  • Enforce safety protocols and standards to create a safe work environment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical or trade school certification preferred.
  • EPA Certification required; CPO preferred.
  • 3 years of maintenance experience in residential property management or related field.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in various maintenance disciplines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
