Job Description

As a Pulmonary Therapist at Ascension Providence, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients with respiratory diseases. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect benefits such as paid time off, various health insurance options, and retirement benefits including an employer match plan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  2. Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Required Qualifications
  1. RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date required.
  2. Associate's degree or technical degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  3. Current BLS Provider certification required.
