Position Overview:
Join a reputable surgical practice located in the picturesque Southwest Gulf Coast region of Florida. This opportunity is ideal for a General Surgeon looking to become part of a well-established medical community.
Practice Details:
The practice boasts over 20 years of service to the community, ensuring a stable and supportive environment for both patients and staff. The office is conveniently situated just a short distance from the hospital, facilitating seamless patient care.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary, supported by an income guarantee from the hospital. Additional benefits include:
- Incentive bonuses
- Commencement bonuses
- Assistance with medical education debt
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) expenses
- Relocation assistance
Call Schedule:
The anticipated call ratio is 1:5, with coverage provided by other independent physicians, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who are:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Robotics Fellowship trained
- Experienced in Bread and Butter General Surgery
- Preferred experience in hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) surgeries (Bariatrics not required)
