Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to join our Behavioral Health Department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral health assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A State of Ohio License (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC)
