As a Telemetry Nurse, you will assess assigned patients, develop, implement, and document nursing care plans. You will assist physicians during examinations and procedures, conduct various patient tests, and administer medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Utilize your experience and judgment to strategize and achieve healthcare objectives.
- Engage in a variety of tasks, where creativity and flexibility are encouraged.
Qualifications:
- Current RN License.
- Experience in Telemetry and/or Step-down units is preferred.
What We Provide:
- Up to $20,000 in student loan repayment for full-time RNs, distributed over four years.
- Full reimbursement for licensure and certification.
- Up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement.
- A $15,000 sign-on bonus.
