Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Young Adults

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to provide pediatric home services for clients in Jeff City and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a pediatric home health nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs. You will provide individualized nursing care, develop and implement treatment plans, and build strong emotional connections with patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate and individualized nursing care to patients based on their unique needs and treatment plans.
  • Assist in the development, review, and revision of the plan of care.
  • Build strong emotional connections with patients and their families to offer a supportive and reassuring presence.
  • Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and any changes in the client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician.
  • Provide ongoing instruction and supervision of the client, family, or other health team personnel in the plan of treatment.
  • Monitor and record the patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting.
  • Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings, and other staff meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Active Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Positive, Professional attitude.
