Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at S&S Property Management Inc. in Austell, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues, including water lines, A/C and heating systems, and appliances.

  • Assist with moving appliances and keeping the property clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
