Position Overview
Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specializing in Hematology/Oncology to enhance our dedicated team. This full-time role offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care exclusively.
- Collaborate with a collegial team, focusing on high-quality patient care.
- Manage a patient load of 8-10 daily, increasing to 10-15 as capacity allows.
- Engage in autonomous practice while working closely with medical assistants, nurse navigators, and infusion center schedulers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology as an APP or a robust background as a registered nurse.
- Familiarity with bone marrow biopsies and aspirations is advantageous but not required.
