Director of Neonatology Opportunity

St. Luke's University Health Network, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neonatologist to serve as the Director of Neonatology. About the Role

The Director of Neonatology will be responsible for overseeing the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. This includes leading a team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers, developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the neonatal team in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Recruit and retain top talent in neonatology
Requirements
  • Board certification in Neonatology
  • NRP certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for providing family-centered customer service
