Key Responsibilities for the Physician Assistant:
- Collaborate with the designated Plastic Surgeon, providing assistance during surgical procedures and maintaining patient documentation.
- Oversee a varied patient caseload, evaluating, planning, and identifying potential needs for aesthetic and reconstructive surgical interventions.
- 1-2 years of experience as a first assist is preferred, with a focus on aesthetic surgery.
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic surgical practices to effectively support surgeons during operations.
- Experience collaborating with physicians in the operating room environment.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule between the operating room and clinic settings.
- Possession of a current and valid Physician Assistant License.
- Target base salary ranges from $110,000 to $150,000, with additional compensation based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package included.
- Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
